PVP with Friends, Addon Suggestions needed!

I have gotten 3 friends into wow and while none of them multibox, I do want to bg with them and be able to heal them, bop, cleanse, etc.

I know you can do grid and custom layouts to create your 5 man party, can you make it 8 names and use something like vuhdo to heal them? I have so many dang macro buttons I can't add a bunch more just for when I play with them.

I really love xpearl but not having the capability to adjust groups is a real letdown, the visual aspect of grid sucks imo.

I also have to figure out how to round robin the clicks somehow so I don't end up bopping all at once.

anyone have any suggestions, screenshots, videos?

Although I'm still struggling to get exactly what I want using Grid and GridCustomLayouts, I believe this should be possible. It's a great idea, actually! You can specify what names you want to show up using GridCustomLayout, so if you just add the names of your friend's toons to the list then you should be good to go. Currently my list has about 20-30 names in it consisting of all toons I'm likely to play. Only the 5 that are currently online show up. Don't see why that wouldn't work for friends toons as well, though there may be a limit on list size.

yeah, i've never used grid before, i'll have to learn it and see if you can do 8 names. Also, i gotta figure out how to use vuhdo or click heals and have it round robin the clicks. I wonder if I could set up is boxer to round robin like a shift left click when inside the repeater region or something.

I know many use Clique with Grid, but I think I'm just going to use ISBoxer to control that all.

Set up a repeater region.
Have ISBoxer intercept the type of click (left click, shift-right click, etc) while still keeping the location for a mouseover macro.
Have Keymaps interpret what do to with the type of click to each class (send flash heal mouseover macro to my priest healer ATG, send nourish to my druid healer ATG).
Presto - no need for Clique anymore and I can set up round robin or whatever I feel like using the flexibility of ISBoxer.

It isn't as pretty, but Jamba team display now will let you click on names or cast spells in your hand, then select the person to use it on (the person in the team display). I think it was a crappy thing to do by Blizzard. The spread your guys out every which way. To me, if you sign up together, you get placed in a group together. But oh well. I just use 90% name/player independant spells. I heal target-target instead of names. It doesn't matter if the enemy is beating up my friend, a BGer or me, it heals the person that is getting beat down. It is rare that I have to heal a person that isn't getting beat on.
