Since your limited to 3 buddy invites per account per month, I just bought 15 new accounts for a whopping $30. Received 90days of free time on my main accounts. And now have 15 new accounts training 5/4 learning characters that I will sell on the Character Bazzar for 750-1b.

Selling accounts is. But EvE Online facilitates the ability to trade/sell/auction charcters for in game isk (currency.)
