well we are talking about tough match ups, intelligent opponents. Not the ones who bunched up together and let you multi hammer them for free.

Nobody would stand together. so really just repen and strangulate.

Not saying it is impossible but it requires some really good timing and really good precision here. It comes with steps.

1st, you have to see it. Both strangulate and repen require facing. You can apply them without watching the cast bars. That's a plus. But facing is still a problem. (With IWT madness, you don't know where you are facing)

2nd you have to execute multi target action here. Basically the DK you control is targeting the 1st healer for strangulate. And then your slaves are targeting the 2nd healer for repen. Some clever focus usage needed.

If it is that easy to control 2 healers, we be all 2200 ratings already. and the reason I mention paladin is that, he can just bubble and mad heal with bloodlust. There is nothing you can do about it. And the worst part is that he BOP your target too.

In theory everything seems easy until you actually try to do it

I never even bother with smart focus macros, just keep spamming repents and hammers each paladin on a different arena target and if it lands good, if it doesn't try again next game.

My suggestion for cc that requires facing would be using about 3 buttons (Such as F1, F2, F3 for fast button presses)

(0. Leave a window open for a GCD)
F1. Target the specific arenatarget
F2. "Interact with Target"
F3. /cast "cc"

So, to cc you simply roll from F1 to F3 with 3 fingers.. Well, most likely easier said than done. But it's an idea
