Down from 5boxing to 3boxing.

Well since I got back to WoW I noticed that I am more of a casual MB'er now so started to think about going for 3boxing. This woke up some thoughts, the main one "what can I do 3man?", "what should I do pre-Cata?". After some thinking I started leaning on the idea of getting all trade skills up to par, getting some gold, mounts and finding a tri-combo that works mainly for PvE.
I also recall seeing tons of questions through the past two years asking "what's a good 3box group?" etc. So here are some ideas regarding this issue.

I have almost all classes at 80 so this made it easier (didn't have to start lving up). My favorite has to be the
Bear + 2 x Ele combo.
This is so easy to macro spam and the utilities are great. I do like the 3 x druid as well but I feel for my PvE needs this group brings the most to my experience. One ele offspec resto and dru offspec Moonkin for PvP.

Two other interesting combos would be Tankadin + 2 x Retri and Resto SHM + 2 x Hunters but as I'm not too into gearing the first option isn't that appealing to me however the 2nd is for PvP imo very interesting. I don't have too much XP with boxing Hunters in PvP but seen some nice tube videos on them and they do look fun. Obviously this combo works better the better the Shamans PvP gear is.

You should try anything you want as long as it is fun for you.

I have a hunter main. I am terribad at arena and not that good in BGs. With good support, hunters do great dps. That means something can take off the melee. I am always getting trapped by DKs with the Ice fence thing. Two shot, good bye. If your bear/Pally can deal with that, blast away
