/castsequence & /cast, weird behaviour

Sorry, I didn't explain good enough what I meant I guess. I didn't ask for a one-button-dps macro, I asked about the odd behaviour of a macro.

/castsequence immolate,chaos bolt,,incinerate,incinerate,incinerate,incinerate, incinerate,incinerate
/cast conflagrate
-------------------------
Results in:
Immolate --> Chaos Bolt --> Incinerate --> Conflagrate --> Incinerate

Which isn't exactly logical for me...

Further for the last link: Castrandom doesn't work anymore since quiet some time. That's actually why I started using castsequence this way

Sometimes it takes a while for it to register immolate being on the target so the conflagrate may be a bit later than you want the first time.

In any case I recommend a macro that uses /click, my solo warlock does optimal dps spamming one button.

Though what works slightly better than what you are trying, as seen in the link to my multiclass setup in my signature, for my shaman I have a similar setup but with the second line as also /castsequence, with a comma before the spell.
