The slaves (followers) are indeed pretty much all the time on follow. They will stand a couple meters behind the main (the one you drive from) and will be all bunched up on top of each other.
Using the cursor keys on all toons will not work as a slight difference in angle will result in a big difference down the road.
The usual thing is to 'not pass' the WASD or cursor keys (depending on what you use to drive) to your slaves.
I believe Keyclone has those keys in Do-Not-Pass by default however
Often people have a follow macro that they spam pretty much all the time to make sure the slaves follow the leader.
the macro can be as simple as /follow name-of-the-main-toon, and you just need to bind a key to it.
The targetting with tab is also tricky as the closest enemy might be different depending on your toon position, angle etc.
THe common way is to use the assist method. basically, instead of having your slave cast a fireball (or whatever) you get you slave to 'assist' your main, and cast a fireball at that target.
That way you are sure your slaves are always attacking the same target as your main.
This is done through in game macros.
Just open your macro editor and create a macro for each spell you use and write
/assist name-of-the-main-toon
/ cast Fireball
then drag your macro icon where your current fireball spell currently sits. Obviously only do this on the slaves.
This is a very simple explanation and there are many variations to achieve the same result.
I suggest you have a look at the "Wiki" section on the top of the forum.
Also look at the addon called Jamba (search for it here) as it helps alot with all that.
Hope this helps.
