Well, it's quiet some time ago, and it's hard to test as a non-multiboxer, so I don't know whether it still works

But I honestly wouldn't know how they could avoid similar requests in the same second. Apparently, at least back then, it's only tested, whether the target has the First-Aid-Debuff, whether you can start casting or not.
