If you do a fresh Export to Inner Space with the WoWs closed it should offer to fix the resolution. If it does not, it's because that particular Character is in multiple Character Sets, with different Window Layouts that have different resolutions. If that's the case, you can work around it by using a different Character in ISBoxer -- using the Quick Setup Wizard you would change the "Display as" name before clicking Add (instead of double clicking it, just click it once, change the display name, then click Add).
