    Default 5 warlocks

Hello, I have grown very bored of my shamans, as that thing called arena isn't really for me. Therefore, I decided to make a new RaF account and I now have five warlocks on my main accounts. Currently the team is sitting at about 64, and I won't lie, they are like a walking nuke. I've been shocked at the amount of DPS five demo warlocks can put out. Now what I was wondering is, will my felguards be less of a factor when I hit level 80 and get my guys some relentless gear? I mean as of right now I can take players my level down in around ~6 seconds or less. In addition, a group of players I just run in and pop meta+imo aura and I feel like a suicide bomber. However, I grow weary of what the 80 bracket will contain, as I heard warlocks are rather squishy and demo isn't the best spec to be messing around with. So any thoughts would help.

This is just my opinion and playstyle. I LOVE my locks and wish I had done them sooner, but everyone told me not to do them. I used 4 demo and 1 shadow priest (res, heals, buffs, etc). I was focused more on PVE than PVP. I tried 2-3 times in lower BGs (19-49) and just got destroyed by twinks (back when they were there). So I said, they are too squishy to stand up to people in my face, so I just waited for AV and loved it. Room to move, room to see people coming, etc. I used blackened worg something that lets me see humanoids on tracking, /cheer.

Now, I when I tried WG (71-76) (back when you could go in at any level). I did okay, but didn't understand what my goal was other than kill stuff. When I learned that workshops===win, I did much better, but fought less. In AV < 80, I did the 2/3 choke points (Iceblood/Stonehearth GYs). And kept the opposite team pretty much pinned down from going behind me. When I just ran around killing stragglers, I got annoyed at how they could annoy me. So I learned my lesson, don't wander, go to a place and own it.

So I would say that my team is pretty squishy if people get in my face and I don't have a way out of it DC is pretty short, one fear and trinket, bam, done. Cloth does nothing against plate people that just want to screw with you. Sure they die, but 1 death yourself and what did you gain other than the wait for 1 of your team to get back with you.

So my playstyle is throwing my pets 60+ yards and let them eat on people until they get closer and then instant DOTs and then run away while the pets chew them up. I don't like to stand up to people in face to face battle. I have the pets range, why would I want to be close to them.

Maybe you can pick your playstyle and see what works for you. Classic ideas are DOTs, pets or nukes. I am stubborn that I like my playstyle (pets) and will stick with it. If it sucks, fine, it will come around again. To me is it better than changing specs every patch cause one spec works better than others.

I've gotten to the point where my felguards alone can take people in a few seconds.

The felguards probably won't be that strong at lvl 80 on high resil targets but if you dot people up and run away and put felguards on them you should survive a long time.
Cloth classes are not designed to stay put and be pounded by melees.

My first toon was a lock, I started playing in wrath. At 60-75ish, Demonology is the shit. After that, it just becomes a bit lame, and underpowered.
