I did it last night and it isn't too rough to accomplish. If you're Alliance head to the Beer Garden behind the Inn and there's never anyone around. When I did it I used 40 torches because they're tradeable, easy to get, and didn't want to take any chances

Put the torch on your hotbar then click your mouse+hotkey like a crazed monkey on crack.
