Hi,
Not sure if this would help anyone as it is very specific to my group setup (pally, priest, mage, warlock, hunter) and it is a work in progress. Any suggestions or comments welcome.

My tank cycle ends up not being used very much except on bosses. On trash it is just not mana efficient and even on boss fights I tend to micro manage my tanking abilities based on the threat meter.
Low DPS is Immolate and Corruption for the warlock, Frostbolt for the mage and Serpent Sting for the hunter with a Bestial Wrath thrown in. I know the Bestial Wrath is a bit out of place but I usually end up triggering it on the 2nd round of DoTs so aggro shouldn't be a problem. Optimal DPS is Frostbolt for the mage, Shadowbolt for the warlock and Arcane Shot for the hunter.
CC1 is sheep, CC2 banish and CC3 is Shackle. I also drop a freezing trap whenever I apply CC. It is a great way to control anything the tank loses aggro from or CC that breaks and wants to beat up the casters.
Curing is Cleanse from the pally, Dispel Magic from the priest and Remove Lesser Curse from the mage. Saving is Power Word: Shield, Greater Heal, Blessing of Protection.
Some keys I haven't assigned yet but will be urgent sometime soon:
- Trinkets / cooldowns
- Counterspell / Arcane Torrent
- Psychic Scream / Howl of Terror cycle
My dps really push my pally on aggro, especially the mage which is a little surprising as all the mage does is frostbolt spam. However, frost is really mana efficient so I end up giving the mage more +crit and +dmg gear as I rarely run out of mana on the mage except when I AoE.
So basically my tank runs in and gets aggro, I hit my low dps key once or twice, hit my optimal dps key till mob dies and move on to the next. On bosses I do the same except when the dots run out I will refresh them.
I grind instances almost non-stop only needing to drink after deaths and needing to Life Tap to full mana on the warlock after every few trash pulls. I hated tanking the Arcane Abberations in Dire Maul as when they die they do an explosion that drains all your mana. My paladin had to drink after every Abberation kill.
