I rarely land a kill by one shotting on the first charge.

In theory you are right, in practice it doesn't work. Imagine mage iceblocking, hunter deterence, pally bubble, priest pain supp, etc During those no matter what you hit them with they dont die. But once those effects are gone, they will probably die in the rest of seconds while the proc from darkmoon is still up, or at least there is a chance.
hm, i guess you had your point. I was gonna burn some cash for darkmoon. Played some more matches since I got back from the break. Killing become harder than ever (the 32k priest just won't go down). I guess probably not gonna see things improve until I've gotten the wrathful leggings and chest.

I tried to use Battlemaster trinkets. It didn't work out too well. So probably gonna stay with Mark of Supremecy for now

If the 245 trink is slightly better, ima go for it then :-) I dont want to spend 15-20k on trinkets.

You could still change the AP enchants on your boots, bracers, head and shoulders to stamina ones as well.

Yes, but I don't want my DK to be a complete puppet, he does do some dmg which is good when there's just 2-3k HP left on a running target and a deathcoil will get him.

I never try to burst down a disc priest from the beginning. I only target the priest if he's shadow to force him to use dispersion so he doesn't put out so much pressure on me.

Besides, I don't want to stay on top of a disc priest becase for one he doesn't go down, and two I expose myself to multiple fears if he doesn't die in 30 seconds or whatever the CD on physchic scream.

If you stay away from a disc priest he will be so busy healing that many times he doesn't have time to come near you to fear bomb you.

So the rule of thumb is choose a DPS class and burst it down quick until they iceblock, detterence, etc.
Then switch target to another dps and DG and force that too to go defensive.
Then switch back to the orginal target that already used the defensive moves and burst it down quick.
If this doesn't work at some point you have to DG one of the healers and silence him.
I choose the druid/shaman/paladin because he's more squishier than the disc priest and can't fear.
Also if they have a ele shaman try to put pressure on him to force him to use his thunder and to stop hitting you with those insane lava bursts.

That's interesting, I pretty much always have to go for the healer first because if I don't I lose the match without killing anyone and the other team has close to 200k healing. Course, i'm working on my weapons a little still and I don't have the pyro rockets yet which i suspect is a huge difference. how much can you count on for the rockets? I usually get folks down to under 10k health without too much trouble. I'm working on getting a set of greatness cards, but maybe i should get the 245 trinket instead you guys are saying?
I also need to reglyph to get the 10% bonus damage to rightous glyph instead of 8% mana on some random strike glyph. I think i could spare a couple points into the rightous boosted damage talent in the holy line too.

My strategy works only if you have enough gear to burst someone down quickly. I don't care how much healing their healers do, what I care about is to gimp their dps as much as possible by putting as many of their dps classes into defensive mode. If I don't get high pressure on me then I control the terms of the game and I decide when one of their healers goes down, I don't have to feel like I'm forced to kill a healer otherwise I lose the game. This seems to work much better than if I tunnel vision on a healer and their dps are free to do whatever they want to me.

Remember, what kills you is their DPS, not their healers. Ignore the healers until you manage to tone down their dps by putting 1-2 of their dps guys on defensive. I even choose to burst down 45k HP warriors and they drop in 2 GCDs if they don't put a shield on or run away. That means no more high MS or bladestorms on my guys.

The only dps I don't like to target first is a DK or prot warrior. The DK can take a lot of hits if backed up by healers. I hit him until his health is like 50% to scare him a little bit and then I DG a mage or lock or druid. It all depends on who I have in my line of sight.
