For the couple of people who are saying Ahune is difficult to box and think Blizzard specifically made him hard to box....


There is nothing new about his mechanics, he works the exact same way he always has. The only thing different is how you get to him (LFD), his level, and the loot he drops.

Cataclysm is going to bring big changes, just like wrath did, just like BC did. People will overcome the changes.

Well that's good to know. Yeah this is my first year to even be around in July- had to pull some strings to be here for the midsummer event lol. Just the way things have been going Blizz does seem to be straying from the tank n spank model. Wasn't sure if Ahune was the same as before- good to know.

If you notice when you zone in to the fight before the ice structures around Ahune spawn. They are actually covering those little lamp things which would have been great to nullify the flinging thing. Looks like they were thinking ahead.

Even if every dungeon boss turned out to be like the new ICC's- like you said we've conquered those battles. I'm buying Cataclysm the first day you know it! Trying to reserve all my negativity until i've actually played the expansion, lol.
