People sometimes forget to set the permissions on the guild tabs so people with names that are very hard to report (notice all the special characters in the name if that is indeed how it was spelled) end up stealing their stuff. They can be hard to track down since they would likely delete the toon right after the theft and those special characters are hard to mimic for most people. Everyone should be very cautious about this sort of scam.
The bottom rank in my guild is 'Stowaway' for just this reason.
