I've been trying to achieve the same thing.
I am not sure how to allocate private tanks however?
I have resorted to a similar setup to Lax although I setup the raid as loose and by class so that I can easily pick out my dudes.
How do you setup 2 different repeater regions and alternate between them Lax?
