When I was stationed in Germany, I fell in love with the country. Just thought I would say that. ;p The Volksmarches,every weekend some city had a mini ocktoberfest, the beer(huge fucken beer mugs), the people(minus the turks), the weather. I loved it.

I was stationed in katterbach for a couple of years, some small farm town, but Nuremberg was pretty close and Manhiem was a cool city.


Flying tree top missions over the auto ban while farmers stared and pointed at us was pretty cool. You can google katterbach to see what we flew, its basically 4-5 airfields with 6-7 hangers.
