Even if she knows how to delete toons and such, it doesn't take much to know this.
I had a girlfriend that was interested in my gaming, and played for a couple months. She even played a warrior from 60-70 and liked it. She only played for a couple months and would have had the knowledge to do this.. She decided she wanted to do other things, and was never bitter about my gaming habits, but there's no reason to believe it is fake.. you may suspect it's fake, but, not categorically claim anything.

It's not always the women that get pissed at the guy playing wow. When me and my bf met he'd been playing ages, he asked me to play and now I play way more than him, multibox and I get man-aggro :P
