I'm glad they ditched the guild talents. It would have really kinda divided LoB since we have such a diverse crowd. I don't mind the leveling speed since I'm the minority that actually loves to quest. The path of the titans was kinda nice that they removed that IMO. I like the idea that I can swap to any of my toons solo and feel like I can do anything in the game without too much of a time sink (lol). Granted I have my druid, that has most of my achievements, and I'm not trying to duplicate that on all my alts, but it seems like the path of the titans was going to be a huge required to raid time sink, and atm, I have fun raiding on whatever toon I feel like. Just this weekend I dropped 35k on my DK and went and pugged 6/12 ICC25. Having that kind of freedom is what keeps me logging in everyday. If I had to do some kind of long grind to be able to stay competitive in raids, I'd probably close up shop and drop to 1 account only logging in every few days.

WotLK ending is rushed? I don't think so. I mean, ICC has been out for 6+ months and there hasn't been anything NEW since then (unless you count the gating of ICC itself) Killing the LK was one of my top 10 wow moments. It was a huge deal for me and when we finally did it, I truly felt ok with the expansion being over. They could release cataclysm next week and I'd be content with it. I'm glad they aren't, and I'm glad we still have some time left because frankly, I fear the change because it will all be reset. Gear will mean nothing and everyone will be racing to 85 and farming heroics with purpose again. The unknown of what lies head is what really keeps me playing. The time between expansions is nothing more than a means to an end. A journey to the next adventure.
