Boxing on a Mac and Windows? Is it possible? Please help me out!

Well, I've gotten into the whole boxing scene, but only on my Macbook Pro (I travel alot, so yeah). I have been quad-boxing on it with getting around 20-25 fps. Right now, my friend has a little desktop that I would be able to carry around with me. I really don't lug around a huge gaming pc...

I have already searched and all ready read the stickies, but I can't find anything on it. Would I be able to control the Mac and the PC from on keyboard? Is that possible?

as far as i know you would only be able to do this through hardware, although i have not much to do with apple products i think this is the only way. keyclone doesnt work on macs

But, what about synergy? I know there is a mac version, but would it work with the windows? Reason that I am asking, and not actually trying it out is because to try it out I would have to have the other computer....

there is synergy for windows but i do not think that the two OSs would work together. . /. maybe dualboot your macbook pro with windows?

Synergy certainly works between Windows and Linux (Ubuntu), I see no reason why it wouldn't work with a mac. But I wouldn't think Synergy would be amazingly good, apart from using it to loot the fifth wheel etc. It has that horrible mouse spin bug that puts me off using it for anything other the the odd click. (I use it to manage my gateway PC)

Can someone help me understand how Synergy works? What kind of hardware would I need to run the windows and the mac together? Would I need any hardware at all? Do I just need synergy?

Download the appropriate versions of Synergy to your Mac and PC.

Install.

Both your Mac and your PC need to be networked.

Setup the server PC (Preferably the one you are going to run your main character on) Then you need to run the client on the second machine.
