imo, if you think its an error they recognize, then there really isn't anything they are going to do.
i would suggest that you don't move gold over 10k cross account. AH is legit, but most people don't play with multiple accounts unless they have large gold reserves. but that is the issue, gold sellers don't typically have large gold reserves unless its time for a payout. people withj over 200k gold on a toon tend to still have 200k on a toon for weeks. gold sellers will move their gold around as it funnels up and then back out to buyers / other holders... if you meet their pattern they have set, then you will set off the autoban procedure ingame.
This isn't about it being unfair / just wrong etc. This is about not f'in up your game time by simply advoiding a couple of procedures, unless you like being a victum.
you aren't getting reported by anyone ingame. that method of loot sharing is accepted and enforced by bliz staff so there isn't anything wrong with that. no person except you and bliz know when you are moving around gold especially with a lvl1 toon being that those toons don't appear on the armory.
