Well, we want to throw gear at you.

Can you make Wednesdays & Thursdays 7:15PM CST / 5:15PM PST - 10:00PM CST / 8:00PM PST?
Are you geared enough to carry a bit of your own weight? (5k+ GS)?
Are you willing to be a backup / standby raider for DiT?
Are you ok with being sat out / being on standby?

What this is: We're looking to gear up a few people to use as backups. you don't have to be able to make every week, you don't have to be able to make both days. What this will get you is first crack at getting asked to sub first.

What this isn't: We're not randomly gearing alts. We'll gear one of your toons to use as a backup for us. This isn't a free ride, we want to gear you for the chance that we may need you. This isn't a gear you and you disappear deal. We'll typically let you know Tuesday/Wednesday if we need you. if we tell you we don't need you, you're free to pug that week.

I have a few characters that would be able to fill in. Unfortunately my crappy schedule means I won't make every week. I have a 5150gs lock, a 5350 gs ret and am currently going to PuG raid a hunter for another dps. Both the lock and ret have no problem dpsing. I believe my ret was 7.5k last VOA I did and my lock was a bit higher.

Edit: oh and of course I have two tanks that are well equipped, but played fairly infrequently.

I can probably fill in from time to time. I think my huntard has a 4.3 GS, and I'm still working on it.

And if you need my healer back, I can probably get my Shaman up and running with short notice. (and a 5k GS). And technically my failadin tank is at 4.9k GS.
