It is easy if you create the following macro on all characters and map it to a key.

Then use the "keypress-send to all - tool" of your choice like HKN, ISBOXER, Keyclone ...

look up the round-robin keypress function in that tool :

isboxer: steps
hkn: Toggle
Keyclone: ??? (dunno)

and you are ready

/stopcasting
/cast Thunderstorm

hmm.. a pity that there is no way around using one button for each char.. currently i have em all on same button.. its a great aoe dmg burst and the knockback range is awsome.. but for arena i guess i have to make it round robin.. thanks for the help guys

Round robin just takes practice to not blow them all at once. I simply press it until one of them goes off.
