Mage Spec, Macros?

Hey all. After years of single-boxing, I've finally convinced my wife to join the dark side and 5-box. She went with a basic setup, Paladin, 3x Shaman, Druid healer. Now that she's reached Northrend, she wants to integrate her 80 Mage into her group, ditching one of the Shamen. So my question is, is Arcane still the best (easiest) spec to box? We tried using some of the macros on the Macro Compendium thread, but they all did pretty bad DPS. Has any better macro come around?

And would anyone mind posting their spec?

Arcane mage is the best spec right now for us. Here is a link to some macros for pally shaman and mages. You can leave the thunderstorm part off if you don't have mana issues.

My mage's macro is

/stopmacro [channeling]
/use 13
/cast arcane power
/cast icy veins
/castsequence reset=combat Arcane Blast, Arcane Blast, Arcane Blast, Arcane Blast, Arcane Missiles

Single target Boss fights she puts up better numbers compared to my shaman. But I am hardly hitting what she can do and would like to see what others have.

Thanks for sharing your macros. Can you guys share

a) what your gear level is (triumph / heroics only, etc) and
b) what kind of #s you put out dps wise (trash / single target)

I am trying a caster group now and have a mage and I honestly find stuff I like in all 3 trees. Im reading "Arcane and fire are close in dps and frost is about 15% behind them" but Id be curious to see what the actual #s are like on average.
