Levels 40-58 with Moonkin boosting

I always hate leaving SM and am trying to stay there as long as possible, though at level 41 they're only getting about 25% of a level per clear.

Unfortunately, I don't have a Scholo easymode pally to boost with and my moonkin, while dominating levels 10-40, starts to become crappy for the higher dungeons (mana issues for the most part).

I'm hoping that my locks have enough lock quests to get them to 45, but then I'm stuck in no mans land of slow grinding.

So... if you don't have a pally to rape Scholo, where do you go?

Have you tried BRD, Sunken Temple, Maraudon, Zul Farrak?

Bite the bullet and respec to Feral, I am using a feral druid for boosting and they really kick ass for boosting. I actually have a pally same gear as my feral druid and I prefer the druid, their ability to move and aoe at the same time makes for fast runs.
I doubt it would take much to gear the feral druid either, is the Moonkin 80? If so, run a few days random heroics and you will be decently geared to boost your toons.
