Default IWT Melee DPS Lowbie team

    Hi all,
so I have just started a few lowbie Pallys and I am using IWT with ISBoxer. So far I am having a horrible time with toons running off and just simply not attacking the target.
I tried using the untouched keymap in ISBoxer but for some reason the script for turning mouse movement on and off does not seem to be working for me.
Is the attack issue due to the lack of spells for the lowbie toons (they are level 8 at present)?
Anyone got any tips on setting them up? I currently have a key fwhich is used for interact with target and then I have the regular dps spam key (basically number 1 and 2). I only hit IWT when the toon is first attacking and then if they lose the target (which seems to happen a lot lol). Any pointers REALLY welcome, I most likely will boost these toons when I hit lvl 10 and so the real play will start at level 60, so spells etc would be focused on that level.
    Thanks all

I found for Pve levelling using Jamba strobe even in combat was the way to go. That way your guys dont run all over the place by accident.

So have autofollow on all the time using Jamba? That might work , only issue I could see with that would be any clothie caster would keep running instead of casting. I suppose the general rule is that melee should not be run with casters?
    Thanks for the input

If you run a mixed a group I would set up a tag in Jamba for the Melees then setup this macro

    /jamba-follow strobeonme melee

That way your melees only would follow strobe.

you can also add a step into the "strafe" keys on your pallies, where you disable strobing if you need to manually move "out of the fire".

This would enable you to have strobing on during most normal fights, and if you need to move your toons out of harms way you can hit the move button and they run in the designated direction and won't run back until you hit the IWT or Follow key.
This worked for me on my lowbie team - but I must admit I haven't done any serios questing or instance running with these guys.

On my "main" team I have the disable follow command bound to all my toon movement keys so im 100% sure they wont follow the main (tank).

I have found this issue to happen to my melee members when they are "inside" the monster when IWT is pressed. This causes them to run through in a straight line, and head for the horizon. If I wait until they are fully "through" the mob's hit box and a few more steps, then press the IWT key once, they turn around and stop at swinging distance.
I have removed the strobe from my teams, and instead only push IWT once, then again if anyone continues running away, when they have reached a reasonable distance from the mob.

The random movement, from spamming IWT, is warcraft related.
Nothing you can really do to prevent this.

Well - not spamming the key is one solution, which reduces how often this occurs.
But in PvP, you pretty much have to spam the key.

Once a toon is running off, you can end this with any movement key, such as down arrow.
You can also initiate follow, if your toon is fairly close to the leader.
Or of course, have the toons interact with a new target (IWT range is 3x further then follow, so they'll probably be in range of the new target).
