Hasn't happened to me yet on Draenor. I did however, talk to a goldseller there once who told me in Chinese how to say "Hello, I don't want to buy gold". I have it in a screenshot somewhere.

get spammenot, it auto blocks trade chat gold spammers, and prevents lvl 1 from whispering u, u can set it to any level (i set mine to 3)

dont know that particular addon, but an alternative could be spamsentry, it does the same
