Your english is pretty damn good!!

I've done this quite a few times Check your channel name and password again... make sure they are exact on both toons. Then click the change channel bar. You can change the channel names, but unless you click that bar that actually changes the channel, one toon will still be on the default team channel.

If that doesn't work, I wouldn't know what else it could be.

Also, don't forget that Jamba may take up to 30-45 seconds to "synchronize" the people it sees as online.

I have this problem before when I am not using the default channel set by Jamba. After reading through this forum, someone suggested to just use the default chat channel setting.

From that day onwards, the problem of one of the team members is offline had disappear.
