I've noticed this too. Guild chat comes and goes... but I suspect that's the nature of the 'boxing world though.

And I'll be totally honest - getting 'boxers organized to do things together is like herding cats! It takes a ton of patience and a lot of understanding. When you're a hardcore 'boxing, your mindset is in a silo, whether you realize it or not.. so functioning in a large group (raid) forces people to step out of that role for a second.

But when everyone actually does get together, its freaking awesome at the death and destruction we can all pump out.
