It will be virtually impossible to do it without a real healer. We had 2 dedicated healers and still wiped with a single tank - one healer got spiked, and the tank had a bad RNG streak on avoidance and ate >50K damage in <2 seconds.

I don't think he has a Berserk timer, so as long as you are mana-stable and can break 1 spike before the next is cast then you'll eventually win.
did 4/5 attempts: yes, looks really impossible with my setup. always wiped badly around 90%, generally after 1st spike.
at least trash is a lot easier now
