    Running in

    xxxxxooooooooxxxxxxxx

Turn graphical settings down on all your secondary WoW instances.

Other than that, you should set maxfpsbk to 10 or something.

This limits the FPS on the secondary windows when they are in the background to 10. It should give you significant boost in FPS.

if you have 45 fps and its still 'choppy' i don't think it's a video thing, since the scenes are being rendered.
sounds more like a network latency thing. what is your latency on all the choppy windows?
also, is your disk constantly active?

    as posted in other thread

got all 3 running at full capacity 55-60 fps with a few alterations to the graphics and an updated DLL set.
