disable a special key combination (shift + ALT)

Is it possible to disable the key combination "shift + ALT" ?
This combination switchin WoW from german keylayout to english and then my keybindings like in ISBoxer dont work.
In the heat of the battle i often hit this combination

You can change any WoW key binding via the interface/keybind menu icon (computer?) If that is where it is coming from.

Go to Control Panel in Windows. Open 'Regional and language Options'. A new window pops up. Press the 'Languages' section in the new window. Then press the 'Details...' button. A new window named 'Text Services and Input Languages' pops up. Now press the 'Key Settings...' button. Yet another window pops up, and in that you can change the key combo.
