this is my old setup.
I use Pitbull 3 unit frames for it. The spells you see around the unitframes (for my alts) are just pictures displayed with (kgpanels)

I use the "MouseIsOverWindowRect(angle) - sends a keypress to alts" functionality of HKN. (can also be don with buttonbars of HKN or clickbars of ISboxer )

What you don't see in the picture are the separate castbars (located next to Healbot frame (under the debuff) which I do in Pitbull4.

(yes I do use pitbull3 AND pitbull 4 in this setup. I was to lasy to create the other unitframes in pitbull 4 so far. I am in the process of revamping my interface using only Pitbull4.)

For the spam buttons I use macaroon.
