Random Lag

Since patch 3.3 i've been getting random "slo mo" lag pretty much whenever i walk into random areas I.e shat, org, hellfire and random places like ungoro it starts looking like its slo motion even when im playing only one wow it's not my computer i can run most games great even crysis but it's only been happening since 3.3... Any suggestions?

I would check my addons. Maybe something is not up to spec, and you are using load out of date addons to bypass the check

does anyone get random lag on one window only? I seem to have any one random window lag but others are fine!

Next thing to check, which would not be patch caused is a full hard drive. filling all those pixels takes alot of data, and it all comes from your HD

Tis not my HD i have a samsung 1tb on my main PC.

running into similar problems myself, but i think it's been happening since before 3.3. ran VH the other day and all three of my slaves froze up mid boss fight. finally unfroze after the boss was taken down by the tank/me/and i think the pets didn't freezeup. but the hunters wouldn't shoot. happens at different intervals, but usually just one or two at a time. and like BC here, my addons are all up to date, more than enough room on the HDD and even defragged last week before I ran this.
