Gotta be careful this way cause the tank could select something by mistake and then your hunter/s would attack that target. Happened with me and a friend, from then I just have them target my priest's targets instead. To keep my priest from deselecting a mob or target for my hunter's, I use Healbot for healing the party. This way I never lose my target. I also use Omen3 for threat management, but threat won't show up on your main unless they cause damage to the target, so do atleast 1% damage to watch your hunter's dps this way. Don't have to be a spell you cast, just shoot the target with your wand once then stop or move if you want to. I'll have to log my team in then copy my macros, but this setup is very doable and fun if I might add. Word of wisdom, make sure your ranged have 'attack on assist' turned off in the interface options.
