Default 3 Issues: Vent, Steelseries Mouse, 1 not following

Hey all, still new to ISboxer here. Overall, I LOVE it! Great program, but I've run into a few more issues:

1: My Ventrilo has always been set to transmit when I hold down the CTRL key. Now, with ISboxer, it wont do that unless I minimize my main window or tab to Vent. Any way around this? I HATE using hot mic, and my friends hate it too because I have the 3 loudest children known to man!

2: I own the Steelseries WoW Mouse (yes yes, I know there is alot of hate out there, but I've grown to really like it), and ISboxer wont recognize my additional buttons whatsoever, even when I have them set to simple things like the numbers on the main hotbar. Any thoughts?

3: Sometimes, when I switch to a different toon and do ALT+F to have everyone else follow, one or two windows wont do it. They will still assist and attack, but they just wont follow.

Any help would be awesome, thanks again!

    1. Run Ventrilo as Administrator

    2. Run the Steel series software as Administrator. Alternatively I may be able to add native support for the device. See http://isboxer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1323#p1323 for info on that

    3. The windows that don't follow probably have a key binding in WoW configured to something like Shfit+F11, Alt+F11, Ctrl+F11, Shift+Ctrl+F11. The specific combination depends on which character they're not following -- the FTL modifiers for the guy they're not following (the one you're playing as) plus F11. Some people reset their WoW bindings to the defaults to fix it, but you can also find something that's not bound to in the key bindings, bind it to <whatever>+F11, then un-bind it, and that'll also tell you what it was.

Get me the info from the program in the thread I linked, and I'll see what I can do. I don't know why it wouldn't work if the mouse's software is running as Administrator though

if you have your buttons set up like i do with a macro for every button on the mouse being a single keystroke then you're either going to have to make keymaps for every custom letter/number, or you're going to have to do what i do and use isboxer like keyclone lol

odds are you're not passing the keystrokes because isboxer isnt recognizing the keypress because its not in your keymaps lax can prolly explain this better but if you know much about isboxer you could do it too

I use a Razer Lachesis mouse which also has programmable buttons on it. Once upon a time, many moons ago, I loaded the software and assigned a different key on the keyboard per each button. I have re-installed my OS many times since that day and I have not had to reload my mouse software one time because my mouse saves everything internally. Even now when I press the buttons on my mouse ISBoxer detects it everytime including any modifiers with no fuss. I would assume all programmable mice [and keyboards] are the same way, no? Maybe I just got lucky with choosing a Razer product off the bat...who knows.
