    Default Rogue/Moonkin arena

Anyone have experience dual boxing with a moonkin druid and rogue?

I just started this multi boxing stuff yesterday and i have a pretty good set up (2 monitors)

In class selection thread it seemed like 2 melee classes werent a very good idea and my druid is feral right now but has decent moonkin gear, its also really difficult to keep my rogue attacking the same target as druid...he usually does good for a while, gets cced and then just stands there and dies

wondering if anyone who does 2v2 can recommend something because it seems like multi boxing is only done in 5v5 bracket

5v5 Arena's are more popular because it has the greatest strength for us which is focus fire. Also in 2v2 and 3v3 it is more about group composition than actual skill. Certain combos just can't win against others.

I think your combo could definitely work with some practice in the 5's with 3 other players backing you up~!

I haven't dualboxed one but I was with a fairly competent rogue in 2v2 for awhile...we got obliterated most of the time. Boomkin heals're too slow(and if you don't heal you'll lose even more, arena's full of perf-spec full pvp abuse any trick possible bastards) and neither of you are sturdy whatsoever; roots is a joke, cyclone doesn't always work(TRINKETLOL) assuming you're not 1shotted by a pompyro fire mage before you even get to do anything. Boomkins just don't have arena viability with no real cc no interrupts and all our "power" being in spells that take so long to cast you'll be dead before they're done in an arena environment.

My advice: MS Warr + Resto Shaman or Holy/prot Pala = invincible. MS = tons of dmg + plate defense, resto shaman = infini-healz that're too fast to interrupt + totems to catch silence spells, pala = enemies focus on you, warr tears them to shreds and you bubble just before death; they focus on warr, you'll simply outheal the dmg.

I think Warlocks would make the best 2v2 group, mainly because the advantages you have as a dual boxer is dmg output, usually focus fire on a single target, but because most successful 2v2 groups have a healer, you will be at a disadvantage in most areas (not having a healer with a brain of their own able to react as fast) Warlocks on the other hand have excellent survivability as well as wonderful DPS on multiple targets. I think this would work best in a 3v3 group (3 locks or 2 locks and a SP) but it would be interesting to see what other dual boxers do in 2v2. I would be entirely surprised if there were any successful 2v2 dual boxers though, anything higher than a 16-1700 rating may be a pipe dream with any classes other than lock/lock or Lock/Spriest or Mage/Mage.
