Removing autorun.inf Virus

I had a mate borrow my harddrive, only to have a virus be returned with it. Yay!

I am running Windows 7, with AVG. But for some reason, google hasn't yielded me any success in deleting this virus. (Mostly through the CMD window.



I have looked at Flash Disinfector, but it doesn't seem to work on my computer.

Does anyone have knowledge with this?

Download Hijack this, Restart and boot in safe mode, Run Hijack This, Find Location, Delete.

Highjack this hasn't found anything. Which is what is surprising too me.

I've done numerous AVG Full Scans, and booted in Safe-Mode.

Same with deleting the file using the Command window. I can't seem to figure out what is going on.

If you do a scan then PM me the log i will be able to help you it is impossible not to show up on Hijack this it shows every single file running even hidden ones.
