Leveling multiple Profs in Cataclysm

I found this interesting blurb on MMO-champion about a book in cataclysm that allows you level up a profession twice as fast, but presumably, like a Cold Weather Flying Mount, you don't get it until you're already leveled up. Thought this might be an interesting turn...

Very nice find, thanks for sharing. I wonder if its on a profession specific base, or rather multi profession (i.e. if i have alchemy & herbalism on 1 maxed, will i be able to use it to boost tailoring on toon 2 ..., or do i need to have 1 tailor capped first to be able to use it for tailoring on an alt.). It might be worth it to make a few alt guilds and just stock the mats in the bank.

Ah! When you mentioned alt guilds, I just remembered that the expansion is supposed to have guild leveling. I wonder if this one of the rewards for that system. Anyway, considering how many alchemists, tailors, enchanters (one for each team) and miners I have, it would be nice to have something to help.

Didn't really read up on the guild leveling. It's just that 4 guilds with 3 tabs each is cheaper than 2 guilds with 6 tabs. And as a boxer it shouldn't be a big problem to set that up.
