Goblins Optimal Race for PvP?

Goblins racials seem simply superior to any other races for shamans, and some classes for that matter. The rocket barrage for on demand off the gcd burst and rocket belt for on demand escape mechanism seem unbeatable, not to mention the passive 1% casting/attack speed increase racial.

Will these get nerfed and does it look like goblin is THE go to pvp class?

There was to be a redesign of all the racials for Cataclysm, I don't know if that has fallen by the wayside or not, at this point I think it too early to speculate.

I suspect goblin ones are less likely to change, though the rocket jump is guaranteed to break follow and will probably send your toons all over the place if used in a hurry like disengage for hunters and blink for mages, blink more so than disengage, since the rocket jump is forward.
