I tried a macro (and it fails) like this:

#show
/cast [stealth] Ravage; Shred
/cast [stealth] Pounce; Mangle

The first line works as expected. Ravage if behind and stealthed, otherwise Shred if behind.
However the second line would not execute, if I was in front of the mob.



I'd imagine with a click priority system...
We might be able to end up with two fall throughs.
Lightning Bolt placed higher up then Lava Burst.

/castsequence Lightning Bolt,
/cast Lava Burst

When everything else is on cooldown, the fall-through will attempt LB on half of the casts and LvB on the rest.
Would have to test and tweak it, of course.

I have well over 70 hotkeys on my 4 shamans right now, I could probably make a few more but thats beside the point. Like I said before, the power of 4 shamans is our ability to cast 4 lvb at the *SAME* time. Without any effective mortal strike good arena teams will always just heal through your damage unless your nearly globaling people unfortunately ( past 2000 rating at least ). This simply isn't a good ability for quad shamans. I'm not saying its completely useless but any random chance type ability usually doesn't work well for boxers.

The thing that makes boxing shamies powerful is stacking totems.. mass chain heals..self rezes. Not being able to manage laval bursts perfectly will not change that. And for PvP its the first round of LvBs that matter most. And you will still have the first round go out at the same time.

All this means is that, unless you find a way to hotkey it, you will have some wasted time on lava bursts that are ready before your macro is ready to cast it. So not optimal, but far from the end of the world. Shamies will still be the best class to box imo. And from a solo perspective, I'm excited about all the changes so far ( as long as most of them go live ) My main raider is one of my shaman!

You get the same maximum amount of points from arenas as you do battle grounds. So the point of arenas is pretty moot in my opinion. Sure people enjoy it and sure it wont work well for that particular situation but overall it's a nice talent. Saying you'd rather them all go off at once is all well and good, but simply saying it isn't good is retarded. You are basically saying you'd rather wait and get the full burst when you can be doing more overall damage to that target otherwise. You still have your initial LVB to do that.

I agree with mrmcgee21 and can't say i'm suprised that he stepped out. Declaring someone retarded is something that belongs on the wowforums, not here imo. Respect etc.

His point was that it's not that good in pvp. Since, if you use 4 lvb and before the CD is done, you can fire another on a slave, that means that when the other 3 are off CD, you miss out on atleast 1 lvb and thus reducing your burst.

So in most pvp situations you will not use the proc, since the burst from 4 lvb crits is to good to break up.
