Guild Bank Raided by hacked Member

In case you didn't see the other thread, one of the DiT guys got hacked. Raided the guild bank. I've already got a GM ticket n. I'm currently redoing the guild ranks for much tighter bank controls. If you do NOT have an authenticator you will have very restrictive bank access. I'm not telling anyone they HAVE to have an authenticator, but if you don't, you're daily limit will be set to 1

If you want guild back access - go find Svpernova and show him your Core Hound Pup. If you don't have one, you don't have an authenticator. Pretty simple huh?

The guild ranks have been changed around a good bit. The main change is no one is getting past "Member" rank without an authenticator, including any previous officers.

I'm so sorry you guys have to deal with crap like this when you'd rather just be playing the game. Since I've been on KJ I've never taken a single thing from the guild vault (nor have I added anything, I just never think about it). I've had an authenticator for my 10 accounts for a while now and agree with Fur - I've worked waay too hard on all my guys not to protect myself if it is reasonably easy to do so.

At any rate, I'll come show you a core hound pet when I get back in town. Not to get guild vault access, but it is nice to be able to invite my toons back to the guild if I have them temporarily /gquit when I'm running 2-3 toons through ICC25 at once or something. I've NEVER had toons hanging around each other the whole raid get noticed or had anything said about them, but if all of them had "Legion of Boom" above their heads someone might get suspicious.

Well to be fair I didn't use the bank much anyway. I have an authenticator but I will "prove" when needed. I am not expecting to use the bank now or ever anyway.

This is a good policy. No core hound? NO access.
