Thread: Keyclone AoE?

  1. #1

    Default Keyclone AoE?

So, I was wondering how you can throw down a AOE (a mages blizzard) for example, on a specific spot, not directly under the mage. Is this possible?

In the general tab of keyclone, there is an option to enable mouse broadcast.
I believe F7 is the default, but could be wrong on that.

Basically press whatever keybind you have assigned, and then click where you want the target click to be (on the main window), and each of the other clients will do that click in that position.

KC is not the fastest or most accurate for this.
In my case it was 2-4 seconds to complete this, which from what I've heard, is fairly typical.

If you want to continue using KC as your boxing option.
Take a look into a Hot Key Net script for mouse broadcasting.
HKN is free, and you can have a script where you push a given key (turning broadcasting on), then click to your heart's content which will be in real-time on each other window, then push the off key (turning broadcast off).
You can run the HKN script alongside your KC.
    And HKN is free.

Or take a look at IS Boxer.
Like HKN, you can press a key to enable broadcasting (called Repeater, in IS Boxer) and pressing the key again disables this (it is a toggle).
Functions just the same as HKN.
I know you can set what is called Action Target Groups, which can be the target of actions within IS Boxer.
So on a mixed team, you might have the mages in an ATG, but not the Paladin or Priest... so only the mages would get the click.
You can also set it, so when you press "3" (or wherever you have Blizzard), it sends the next click to the Mage's ATG only, and not the other windows.
IS Boxer is $36/year as a subscription option, but as far as boxing goes it does more then any other option, imo.
    EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.
    Diablo III: 4x Crusader & 4x Wizard.
