Default Need sugguestions for ideal mouse buttons

What actions should be assigned to the mouse buttons.

    I currently have:

    Trinkets
    Moving DPS
    Long Term DPS
    AutoRun
Just remember what ol' Jack Burton does when the earth quakes, and the poison arrows fall from the sky, and the pillars of Heaven shake. Yeah, Jack Burton just looks that big ol' storm right square in the eye and he says, "Give me your best shot, pal. I can take it"

I have the default left/right click.
And use two thumb mouse buttons (mouse 4 and mouse 5).

The further back button (closer to my palm) is set to FTL Follow Me.
The more forward button varies with team:
    - Priests.. Holy Nova
    - Ferals.. Nostance = Cat Form; Stance:3 = Prowl
Have not set that button for other teams yet.
    EverQuest I: Bard / Enchanter / Druid / Wizard / 2x Magician.
    Diablo III: 4x Crusader & 4x Wizard.

I'd recommand an "oh shit" button, like pvptrink for pvp, last stand or so for warrtank etc. That's what i like. Something you want to use quickly when you need it. Taunt is a nice one aswell..

I have one of my buttons as my most often used non-attack button (Life-tap/Stealth/Water shield, and likely when I get the priests there: Shadow-form).

Another is my oh shit button: (Healthstone/ Potion/ Battlemaster trinket/ Lifebloom/ Parachute)

Next is my silence/interrupt button (Spell lock/ wind shear)

And auto-run, along with the regular right and left clicks. I dont use the middle mouse button for much.

Oh, I also have my push to talk button on my mouse.
