In Cata i think its possible, yes

I think atm it would be possible too, but much harder, best with 1 or 2 Off Healers, in cata with the AoEHoT i think you dont need them

This idea is great and i hope you can get the point in every Match you want ( the higher points ) and a MB only grp listening just fucking awesome ^^
