but the thought of being able to do EVERYTHING in 10-man???
VERY tempting to think about.....
Well.. two five-boxers will probably be a lot stronger.
Assuming there isn't too many things to do at once.
But most of the fights should be doable with two boxers in tandem.

I'll stick to 5 boxing. We've now got 4 five-boxers on our Oceanic realm (Cael) so we can always 2-man the 10 player content.
...for when one toon just isn't enough...
Horde Caelestrasz Multiboxer:
Team1: 5xPaladin....Level 80 - Heroic gearing completed. WTB [Frost Badge] pst pls.
Team2: 1xPaladin/4xShaman....Level 80 - On Hiatus, Awaiting Cata.
Contact on: Nevergonna on Realm Caelestrasz (Horde)
Caelestrasz Horde: 5 Active 5 Boxers and counting.
I'm not here to burst everyone's bubble but...
I'm not sure I understand this 10 boxing enthusiasm for Cataclysm. What is going to happen in Cataclysm that's going to make 10 man raiding easier than it is now? There are only a handful of people here on this board that are able to [or willing to] bang their heads into a wall repeatedly to accomplish any current 10 man raiding [whether it is a 10 boxer or 2x5 boxers]. I must've missed something in that blue post [it is 4:30AM and I did just wake up] so please enlighten me.
@Fenril
My personal observation is that currently, since the 10m gear rewards are not comparable nobody bothers with 5 or 10 boxing the 10m content. It's easier to 5 box the 25m stuff since it rewards the same ilevel as the 10m hardmodes, some/many of which are impossible to box imo~.
Right now, for example, my boxed melee cleave team is stuck in the 1500's because I don't have ilevel 264 weapons (imo~ of course; maybe I'm scrubbish and need more practice). If I could get, equivalently mind you, Bryntroll from just doing the 10m each week? Forget it. I'd easily be over 2k.

No, I won't be 10 boxing.
If they really are going to make the fights more difficult than current 10 mans, it will be interesting to see if boxers can complete them without over gearing the content.
Most boxers simply don't have the comprehension of their own teams to effectively raid. (Missing enchants, wrong specs, wrong gear, wrong gems). The majority of what I've seen is that most boxers just don't know how to properly min/max for on level progression raiding. I really hope I can be proven wrong in Cataclysm.
Guess we all think alike. As soon as I read that blue post I started considering the possibilities of 10 boxing. Then reality sort of hits in as to why I don't 10 box now. Mainly I'd need a more powerful computer and doubt my 200kbs up 2mb down could even handle 10 connections. THEN have to buy 5 more copies of WOW and monthly fees doubling what I now pay.
So yeah... Guess I'll be sticking with 5 boxing, lol...
Multi-box raiding if you do it right is a lot of upkeep. Flasks, Enchants, Gems, Respecs with talent changes, Repairs, Professions etc... Their casualclysm model it would not surprise me if they made the fights more tank and spank with less aoe and a few more gimmicks.
I keep having the urge to 10 box and when I get close something else takes ahold of my time/focus. Right now I'm running the 4 shams in ICC10 with some RL friends and a couple guildies. To me that is probably the samething that I will do with Cata.
