Pardon if this is on the wrong forum (as I don't know where to place it) but I'd like to ask anyway if anybody has seen their CL hit the same target multiple times, >2? I'm only asking because I've seen this last night redoing my macros in front of the Heroic Dummy. I was seeing 3 hits mostly from one CL cast (if overload was the case, then there should only be 2 - one big and one small dmg amount). In the case last night they were pretty big. I'm going to test this again tonight and take a SS with a timestamp.

I've tried searching the web and found only one thread about it but is claiming to have seen the same.

I don't know if it is a lightning over load bug or not... But potentially 1 chain lightning can proc 3 separate lightning overloads sometimes this happens, and it seems like they are extra chain lightnings and not the reduced by 50% chain lightnings. You can get some wild results with 4 chain lightnings being cast on a group of people with multiple procs on multiple shamans.
