RAF Time Played to 60.

Like the title stats, how long should it take to get to level 60 with the RAF option?

Instance boosting? Questing? Using the LFD tool? Queuing for BGs? 2 Accounts? 5 Accounts?

I can give my answer though...

Instance boosting 4 accounts to 60 with an 80 Warrior I had /played times around 16 hours per team. If I buckled down and stopped dicking around between runs I'm sure I could've gotten it down to about 12 hours per team; but I like to take breathers every once in a while.

1-10 quest
10-20 SFK (Boosted with a level 80 Moonkin)
20-40 SM ((Boosted with a level 80 Moonkin)
40-45 BRD (Teleported with remote and boosted with 80 prot Pala)
45-55 Scholo (Boosted with 80 Prot Pala)
55-60 Ramparts ( Boosted with 80 Prot Pala)

i did not loot during 10-55 and i took me 14h 21m. Note that you will get looked out from SM due to many runs.. just head out and kill everything outside or log out and make a nother team and quest with them to level 10.

This is the second set of accounts I've RaF'd and I have been playing the game since retail release so I know my way around levels 1 - 60 pretty well.

Keep in mind that you'll be wearing some super low level gear once you actually start questing [which isn't very exciting for DPS or mana regen] and you'll have to setup all your keymaps/macros at once which can be overwhelming. And also having to drop large amounts of gold across all those characters at once for all the training you missed in the last 50 levels [10 - 60].

I quested my first sets of teams to 60 and after doing these sets in instances I would never go back to questing from 1 - 60 unless I felt nostalgic about the old world.

i did not loot during 10-55 and i took me 14h 21m.

Very nice. I did very little looting as well until Scholomance.

Was able to do 1-60 in like 9-10hrs on 4 toons


1-10 quest
10-20 SFK
20-40 SM
40-45 BRD (Teleported with remote)
45-55 Strat (Dead Side 1 pull, Live Side 1 pull)
55-60 Ramparts ( 1Pull Zone in To Ramp... Pull rest of the top and kill 2 bosses.)

I quested the whole way on my RAF guys (back pre-LK) and it was something like 2 days /played. Yes, I looted. And I kept up skinning/mining/herbing along the way.

My best is just over 6 hours from 1-60 instance boosting. This involved making the characters and logging them in and then fixing macros/UI, logging out and then deleting/remaking the toons to save some time Plus a set of summon characters at each of the boost sites.

Basically, if all if your logged time goes to leveling you can do it in under 8 hours.

Well ya the summon site toons = a given but I didn't think about the deleting and remaking toon approach. I'll have to try that if I ever RAF again to see if I can set a new personal best good info.

I've started a druid team and I'm trying to get looting down, can i make a macro so i don't need to keep switching to the different accounts to loot?
