The damage wirlwind does on a single target is still pretty decent, so its not like "zomg nerfbat!". Divine shield gets reduced by 4 seconds... cool that really doesn't matter much for how i've seen boxers use it. Lower defence means take more chances how? We don't use an actual rotation while boxing anyway so that doesn't really matter (as far as their priority rotation pve wise)
