Captaris doesn't SUPPORT right fax running in a terminal server environment... My terminal server runs RightFax 90% fine.. there are some VERY odd issues with it, but they'll never be resolved because Captaris doesn't support it...

Blizzard doesn't SUPPORT running WoW under Linux, yet when 4500 accounts were banned for this, they recognized their mistake, fixed it, and reinstated the accounts...

Blizzard doesn't SUPPORT UI Mods. Don't expect them to care that your latest CTMod doesn't work, their answer is to delete your Interface folder .
