I have been using this macro app call Quickeys to open, resize and arrange locations for my WoW.

i recently bought a large 25.5 Samsung T260HD 16:9 monitor and use the older 20inch 4:5 in portrait mode for browsing and reading long documents.

I like having the the 4:5 as the main monitor because the UI elements, Dock, Menu Bar are compact and easily reachable. The 16:9 I use for movies, games, editing and keep the control elements on the smaller screen.

-----> The problem is that WoW won't give 16:9 resolutions if it starts in 4:5, where i keep my slaves. So i have to keep switching monitors back and forth in Arrangement under the Display to get proper resolutions for my master. I haven't found a way for Quickeys to do this. Quickeys can only open System Pref. It can't select and open the Displays.prefpane in the Systems Library under the Switch Application option.

so i have been wondering how to write an Applescript (or Terminal command) to have Arrangement switch to 16:9 as main ---> Quickeys than can open, relocation, etc, WoW----> run another Applescript back to 4:5 as main.

Can an Applescript be written to Maximize window mode? If 4:5 is my main, full screen will go straight to it.

P.S. I know there has been discussion in the Introducing Plexor for Mac thread about the problems with window scaling. (Owensd, if you are still having working on this, you might want to check how Quickeys does it) Quickeys does this very well with no problems. SizeUp (or something was) making WoW gets stuck on a black screen on launch. I would have to move the window a little to get into the login screen.
